The formerly feral momcat Mister Mittens still misses going outside and will hang out near the door and look to go out to roam the streets when you are near the door. Sometimes she doesn't like to be petted a whole lot before the claws come out and she goes to nip you.

Yesterday I laid out for a nap in the afternoon. Some minutes later Mister Mittens jumped into bed with me and I pet her upon her head.

Two hours later I woke up and she was snuggled up against me sound asleep. I petted her and she began to lick my hand.

Cats are strange creatures.
