I was feeding the cats well all day but when the bride came home from work Mister Mittens was bugging her for some attention. When the wife bent over to pet Mister Mittens she caught a claw swipe and a bite. Cats do that sometimes just to show you love. Neither the swat or the bite drew blood but the wife got pissed.

Fast forward two hours - I went to the downstairs saloon and grabbed Mister Mittens. I carried her upstairs and and put her down on the sofa where my wife was with her book. The cat laid down and said, "mew", in a squealy voice. My wife petted the cat and Mister Mittens rolled over with joy belly up.

I think they're best friends again. Creatures with ovaries don't hold grudges for long.

And this morning Mister Mittens was on her best bahavior for her second and last "worm treatment" with Dr. Wallach. Even the claw clipping doesn't bother her.

Shiloh and Trouble go together Tuesday for shots and a checkup.

I'll have holes in my shoes and be stealing empties after dark but the cats are going to be in good shape. The vet bills are scaring me.

One mom gets wormed and Shiloh and Trouble get shots...that is usually it.
Cats are usually healthy, but get "stuff" when they roam outside...

This morning while driving across Saten Island to get to Bayonne, New Jersey we went under an overpass that was marked "Wooley Avenue".
