Fun discussion, but truth is this stuff gets old fast. politics is a funny thing. it manages to divide people who have a great deal in common and gives all of us the illusion that leaders who may share our beliefs actually care about our interests....they don't. If they did they wouldnt work together to allow crooked bankers to loot the treasury and shifts hundreds of billions of dollars of tax payer money to big pharma, big auto, and other monied interests. They wouldn't allow the "welfare state" to continue as it has and create dependence, which it obviously has. it seems like it would be an easy fix, but strangely it never gets fixed. Must be both parties benefit in someway, cause six of us in a room with a few pencils and a couple calculators could fix it.

The one thing I have learned as I have aged, and become slightly less liberal than i was 20 years ago, is all poilitical discussions do is get in the way of friendships.

Bottom Line here, Nancy is a total ass. She made History alright. She tops my list of most hated person in America.
