OK, so it won't be 60-year-old champagne with the Vanderbilts off a silver serving tray but Cousin Kevin and 1/8 Pole are building a deck over the old concrete patio next to the garage. We're thinking a retractable awning could be next. Years ago the concrete slab was surrounded by a screened enclosure but things do fall apart with age. I notice that every time I undress.

It'll make a nice place to dump suds, play the ponies, and we'll have plenty of room to dance with the fallen women who crawl up the driveway looking for drinks in exchange for a good time.

We do the winter racing indoors.

Looks like there could be cocktails on the veranda shortly. I need to wire in some coach lights on the garage and next year we do the power wash and lay down some cedar stain.

Maybe someday we can get some girls over from a Board Meeting to teach me how to foxtrot and cha cha on my new dance floor.

I am practicing the moon walk with a Heineken in both hands as we speak. Looks like we can have a dance party next year opening day.

I needed a place out back where OG could train for the light-heavyweight championship without dozens of women bothering him.

We need a 4 foot high 3 tier rope so I don't fall off, and can cover up in the corners
