Saw a doc. on Pete Seeger, protest folk singer from the 50's mostly. Dissent is necessary in free societies and Seeger's "cause" work is laudable. But the old S.O.B. visited Hanoi in '71 or '72. I wonder if his agenda included working for the Americans still in the POW camp there. There was no mention of them; he (and Jane too) were prob. just spreading flowers.

The Wikileaks kid needs a dose of reality, I hope he gets it now that his internet anonymity is Hacked.

But how about this Michael Moore donating money for the Wiki kid's bail? M.M.'s work is flagrant with inacuracies, disrespect and outright lies. Instinctively he jumps behind anything anti-American and controversiial and people pay money to buy into his distortions. Regardless of political pursuasion, somebody should've booted Moore in his fat ashtabula for harassing Charlton Heston while he was dying.

Don't know why I sounded off, my Other is in Philly for a few. I think I'm pissed about Philly signing Cliff Lee. She or Michael M. may have something to do with that.

I was a young Marine when Jane Fonda visited Hanoi and had a good time by playing with an anti-aircraft weapon while giving support and aid to the enemy of her country.

At that time we knew we were in a bad conflict but we also knew she would be dead meat by being headshot if any of us could get near her.

Today the teenaged troops of Vietnam are old farts and Jane is even older. I think today we'd be happy to just beat her to death with rifle butts before urinating on her.
