Should she be treated with kid gloves because she is a female Latina? Of course not. She is a tough lady and can defend herself just fine. |

If She Can't then the Supreme Court is not a Place to Hang out . She Will Get In . If there are any worries in the 2010 Elections its On the Back of the Democrats . Folks Have Little Patience with A Bunch that Have Majority Yet Still Get Nothing Done . These Clowns have Been the House Majority for 6 Years and Now Got no BUSH to Blame . Some in Here might Want to look at History Once Again . Bill Clinton Came in Loved By all with a Solid Democratic Majority in the House and Senate . That Changed 2 Years Later . Right Now the Dems Said We Need the Stimulus or Jobs Will Be Lost . Well Stimulus in Place And Jobs Continue to Decline . higher taxes , Higher Debt , no results not a Good Thing at election time . |

It's a wash. Sotomayor will be replacing a justice who is more to the left than she is. A justice who is a minority nourished by public housing handouts and affirmative action admissions to prestigious schools is another ice cube on the burning guilt trip of the sobbing politically correct lefty Lib crew.
