We choked the last 2 years but injuries had alot to do with it. And thats 2 years. Yall had 85 years. Got 2 of last 4 and thats great for yall but if Ortiz dont start hitting yall aint winning this year. |

It's a lot different blowing a playoff spot over the last month, then it is blowing the World Series with a three run lead, two outs and nobody on base and one strike away. And the coup de grace; a weak, floating, sleepy, little ground ball that most 7 year old tee ball girls could have handled, rolled between the first basemen's leg and into the history books..... now that's a great choke job. Makes that other choke job two nights later, when the Sox had three run lead in game 7 pale in comparison. |

No Sour grapes as I hate the Yankees to. We have 2 WS rings. One B4 I was born. Am used to not winning. Been 23 years for the Mets. I can handle that. Been 41 for my Jets. Can handle that. Would rather win at the track than see any of the Milionairs on any of those teams win a championship. Cause thats only way I am getting money in my pocket. |
