Yanks & Mets rally late, Papelbon blows a game, Nba playoffs have been fantastic to this point. |

The Mets gave me a thrill. Two for two at Fenway so far ain't too shabby. There's a woman down the block with Yankee tickets to give away. She wasn't assaulted or raped. She just caught the finger and some rotten fruit thrown at her. There are a lot of National League fans on my block. |

Best Event of the Day was Seeing ZenYatta win another . This Mare Is As Good as it Gets . She Really Looked Slow out of the Gate and just turned it on For An Undefeated 10th win . Is the Year of the Fillies and Mares . I would love to see a Zenyatta / Rachel Match Race in September / October . Been a Long Time Since a Female Match Race has had any interest. |

She's a good one but "10 for 10" as an older mare is tough to grab as an old horse fan. Yes, yes, yes, I'm an old fart from a different generation but I remember 10 for anything as a horse just going into the summer of the 3-year-old campaign. GHOSTZAPPER was Horse of the Year with 4 starts. Honestly, are there anymore horses that carry on a campaign or need more than 3 months between races? |
