This is why I pee out of the upstairs man cave windows after a few beers and keep getting arrested when my neighbors are outside and get wet. The bathroom downstairs faces south and catches a lot of winter sun. On a nice day like today there are a lot of birds in the yard and the bride has opened the window for Trouble to have access to his favorite perch while his sister little Shiloh catches some sun on the goddamn sink.

Nice of Mrs 1/4 pole to take such good care of Trouble's mental disposition....watching birds will keep Trouble sharp and interested.

These days at my age when I see my little bird I shed tears, Wooley.

But on a serious note, in the fall when when a flock of geese flew over and the window upstairs was open I saw Sweet Babycakes grab the screen with all her front claws out while staring up into the sky. She was as tense as a piano string while up on her haunches and making strange cat noises. Mom Nature lays in some instincts, even to her small creatures that do not have the great physical ability to survive in the street or wild.

Only the Momcat street cat at my house is clever and wary and almost-nasty and alert when things seem to go not her way.
