This young girl (she's only two and change now) used to go nuts with teeth and claws if you went near her back or belly or tried to cover her with a blanket on a chilly evening but little by little she has become a house cat after being spayed and learning things about humans. Just last night she was in my wife's lap while the human girl was reading a book and gently petting the cat's ass end. I saw this - The momcat woke up and stretched and laid out all the front-end razor claws. On the collapse back to sleep upon my wife's lap the momcat Mister Mittens yanked back the claws and ran her two front smooth paws along my wife's arm and made some kind of happy cat squeak.
Covers? The momcat Mister Mittens is happy to have some now. Her only cover in the street was a violent tomcat I think.
