As an Army or Marine infantryman going out on a patrol or an ambush you gather with your leader (usually the platoon sergeant, officers like to stay safe) before you go out and catch instructions about how to deploy if you catch fire or run into a superior enemy force.
I flashed back to 1968 this morning with the bride. Her new custom-made glass doors were installed earlier this week in the crapper and my son and I were gathered up for instructions on how to take a shower.
No good no more to get wet, lather up, get clean and rinse off - one must squeegee the inside of the shower doors before leaving.
In this photo we see the magic squeegee on a shelf in blue just above the door handles. Leaving the shower without being a "Squeegee Man" is punishable by death.
