It's springtime and the Mexican Army is all over Long Island with noisy machines to keep the Gringo's grass happy. Today while I was diddling Aqueduct at my desk the tomcat Trouble crashed in my recliner. The old pillowcase and paint rag on the right armrest are there to protect it from spills and slops and burns from when I sit in it. The tomcat Trouble is a huge boy and just lays low when blowers and mowers are going off all over the place.
Trouble's runt sister is a ballsy little girl even though she never had balls and her female reproductive gear is all gone. But loud machinery noises through an open window are something Shiloh does not like. This afternoon she came upstairs to be with her brother while the noise was happening. He's a huge neutered tom house cat. The girl is his spayed sister and they have not been apart since the day they were born (except for a day or two of neutering). He's a good gentle guy and was more than happy to share my recliner with Sweet Babycakes:
That little girl cat could have gone nuts with the noise and all her brother would do is hold her gently.
