I'm upstairs at my desk. The "bluey thingy" and lots of great stuff are all over the house for the little girl cat Shiloh. I've had a few beers during my strange day at Aqueduct (ahead for the year am I!).

The "Sweet Babycakes" came upstairs and raced over to me. She poked my left leg with her head while I sat at my desk and I reached down to pet her ears and snoodge her face. With her tail straight up she turned around and galloped off to leap upon my recliner while twitching and prancing and staring at me.

I knew just what to do as an old drunk loaded up with Bud Lights and carrying great anger. I grabbed a cat brush and went to work with great vigor. I worked her over while she sighed before finally collapsing. As a wobbly drunk tonight I didn't trust my balance to kick her while she was in my recliner so I only kissed her face and ran a gentle hand down her back as she fell asleep.
