Little Shiloh, aka "Sweet Babycakes" was rolled up in my recliner tonight. She's dead meat as the tiny runt kitten five years ago outside. She can't breed now and she would have had no chance to do that out in the street with three huge toms draining her small mother of milk while she kept getting kicked aside. The temps were over a hundred and although she was fighting for life and a nipple the odds had her in bad shape.

Mom Nature and old Marines and good Irish girls work in strange ways though sometimes.
