Get him off the street. Cut his balls off. Love him, hug him, brush him, feed him, play with him. Let him run the house (his territory) with no barriers. Give him a good clean litter box and lots of comforters and blankets on furniture for places to crash.



If you do that times three with the tom's mother and runt sister you are on your way to being a Cat Slave and maybe semi-happy if the cats decide to share your home that is THEIR territory with YOU.
