I have never seen a bigger cat anywhere near where I live. Dr. Wallach told me that the kitten he castrated had caught a near-perfect gumbo of genes to be magnificently camouflaged and was built to be a large male to pass on some great genes if he wasn't going to be "clipped".
The small momcat laid out a beauty. Trouble drinks water every day. Eats every day or two. Zero belly.
He has a shot to live a long life as a nice house cat. I'm OK with that but he'd be something to see on the street as a feral or in the woods if he had some circular male gear still attached.
