The large house cat tom trouble has a favorite toy. It's a busted-up furry mouse thing. He kills it a lot and runs around the house with it in his jaws. He leaves it in strange places like on stairs and in the middle of the kitchen floor. If you move it he'll eventually find it and put it back to where he last left it.
Early Wednesday afternoon I placed a nice comforter out on the love seat for a cat flop. Shortly thereafter the tom Trouble brought his favorite toy downstairs from the man cave for a new placement. Later in the day the Sweet Babycakes laid in for a sleep on the love seat and just left her brother's mouse toy alone.
She "knows" not to mess with bro's things
