I have no idea how this huge cat got out of a small kitten mother with three siblings. He's here for almost seven years. He likes to drink water but skips a lot of meals. The cat is large, carries no fat and is much bigger than any feral cat I feed.

But he's a sweet-natured cat that was castrated when he was about 6 months of age.

Yeah, he'd have been a great street tom brawling for females but could he have gotten by the seven winters out of the summer of 2010? I dunno but I do know that he's a nice guy with a shot to live a long time at my house. He slept with me last night - he jumped into my bed in the dark, let out a strange cat noise and crashed next to my feet. I reached down to pet his head and ears. He sighed. His mother Mister Mittens was just off to my left with her rump jammed into my left hip.
