There are 8 cats in this photo and some of them were not born here or live here but all eight were trapped here to be taken away to be spayed and neutered. There ain't no cats in this snap that can make or give birth to kittens.
I laid out lots of food and yeah the recently castrated tom Sad Face was sitting down the driveway. He's a huge gentle street tom when he's not in a fight for a lady cat but with his gonads gone he's still a gentle feral. He was the biggest cat here but he was OK with watching some cats eat and leaving him something.
I walked up to him and gave him some pettings. I rubbed his neck and shoulders. I placed my right hand in front of his face and he noodged it with the side of his face. That's when I went into the house to bring him a platter of Friskies away from the cat mob. That's Sad Face in the foreground.
But Trouble being a housecat, is in far better physical condition.
