He doesn't live here but that huge tom is the sire and grandsire and great-grandfather of probably all of the cats I feed here. That cat beast may not look it in this photo but he's about 15-17 pounds. I've been feeding him for years and he lets me pet him, rub him up and give him a back rub. Sometimes he snarls with his fangs exposed but he has never nipped at me or flashed the claws. He knows that I like him and he tolerates me. He got trapped and neutered here not long ago and was held over for some medical care for his "street fight wounds". He's all healed up now and maybe fit to live some more years.
He was waiting patiently behind the water bowl for me to bring out some food.
