Well it got to be 81 degrees by my house on October 10th and Garfield thought it might be a good idea to sleep some of the afternoon away with a full belly on the deck. He's scrunched a bit but a quick glance at his belly is a good indication that he catches some OK meals at my house.

Whew! The title had me till I saw the pic! I think the ferals who are not fully grown(if any left) will likely show the physical effects of a good life now..."fat" and healthy. Before long it will be time for the condos...do the cats still retreat to them or the garage in the cold?!

Yes they do. The woman I tied up with almost 45 years ago has been thinking about providing more shelter out back with winter coming on. Cats can get by cold temperatures well with good food, a dry place to lay up and shelter from the wind.
