An ex-con who drinks a lot, collects knives and lives in a shed up in the woods of Rockland County has offered to take in our unwanted runt female kitten Shiloh. After I drop my wife off at JFK tomorrow I can head up north. The cat will be OK in the trunk if she doesn't get bounced around a lot.
Well maybe not. The "Sweet Babycakes" has been a lovely and gentle cat creature for more than seven years here. Her exhausted and drained mother Mister Mittens used to drag her away from her three bothers to get some milk into her after the boys were sleeping. The momcat here was a super mother. Mom bunks with me now and again and plays me like I'm an old violin. Shiloh:
