As "empty nesters" it can be a tough pull to shop for two people. Several days ago the wife purchased a nice piece of prime rib on sale and we enjoyed it and the leftovers too - but on this Saturday there was still a huge piece of medium-rare beef here. I'm not complaining. As a matter of fact I'm thrilled that we can afford to eat well after the NY tax man eats us alive.

After the Aqueduct card I laid out platters of premium wet food. The feral felines had laid up in the garage on good warm beds all day while the heavy rain fell. I got good food to them at dawn. After the getaway at Aqueduct the wife brought out the leftover prime rib from the fridge and with a filet knife that scares me diced up some great beef into small pieces that cats can handle.

The stainless steel "Great Dane" feed dish in this photo is loaded up with diced-up prime rib. Inside the house the busty bride was still dicing up some great beef to lay out on a platter. We can't take in any more cats but we're working hard to help the cats out back get by this winter.

"Full house" of FF's tonight for a Christmas feast. :D

Truely, the crew all look very healthy...shiny coasts and plump figures!
