Lots of happy and healthy cats were having a great dinner after I muffed the 9th race at Belmont Park. On the left walking by the side steps is Bristol. She is an absolutely gorgeous cat. This photo doesn't show her face well but it's speckled with orange dots and her eyes are a yellow/orange that are simply stunning. Upper right is her mother Ginger who has some similar coloring.
The house tom Trouble noodged his way out of the screen door at the side of the house. He's a large cat and his tail up curved is a message that he's not looking for a fight but that he can go with one. Top center is Nasty Mom - she backed off a platter of food and sat down and wouldn't look at Trouble. Her cat message was "I know you're a big tom and I'm here for dinner and that's it". On the left trotting away is the small tom Bosco. His tail straight up is saying to Trouble "I'm gone, peace". Dead center at the stainless steel feed bowl loaded up with cans of tuna and sardines is the mellow and quiet Mr. Orange. His tail flat on the ground is telling Trouble that he's having dinner and doesn't give a f*&k about the large tomcat that got out of the house. Lordy, cats are something to see.
