In New York some A.S.P.C.A. people are armed peace officers. Three of them banged my front door today to check up on the three cats my wife and I took off the street on July 7th, 2010. It was the 8-year checkup. They were given permission to see the cats but I told them they had to make it quick since the horses were about to load for the Belmont 5th.
