White Leg the intact tom showed up. My male cat Trouble knew it and was looking to break out the screen door again to run him off but I wouldn't let that happen. White Leg is upper left and he's not comfortable with eating with me outside. All of the neutered cats here avoid him but the laid-back and oblivious Mr. Orange is eating from the next platter. And yes, that's the ever-happy Garfield center front with his tail straight up as a sign of peace feasting on some canned chicken and sardines.
Sad Face, the veteran tom now neutered, walked up the driveway and sat down without making a move to eat but he was staring at White Leg. Garfield was approaching me for some pettings in this photo and Sad Face looked away.
I'd like to have White Leg and the other tom Midnight neutered but they don't show up here every day and the cats out back have numbers going for them to ward off aggression. And the females can never get into "season" for some matings. And I wouldn't want to be the tom that tried to be romantic with the spayed Nasty Mom.
