After the getaway race at Aqueduct it was getting dark outside and I had a group of cats by the side door looking for a good dinner and they got one in spades after the wife diced up a couple of pounds of leftover prime rib that went into the huge stainless steel "Great Dane" feed dish. At the bottom of the deal is Garfield who is pawing out chunks of beef to eat off the driveway.

In January, even when it's raining, hungry cats like diced-up prime rib warmed up and doused in warm water.

Upper left Nasty Mom got off her Friskies dinner to check out me and my camera. She's still a feral female. That's Tuxedo in the middle and Catty Patty on the right. And down below with his tail straight up is the good-natured Garfield. He's a big orange sweet fellow. A lot of cats are going to be in my garage tonight in warm beds with happy bellies.

The five regulars with garage beds (Garfield, Mr. Orange, Bosco, Tuxedo and Catty Patty) are all chubby and in good health with plump "belly bags". And everybody else who shows up here for meals is well fed too.
