Cats are very curious creatures. Mister Mittens is becoming a house cat but she still likes to keep track of what's going on in the neighborhood.

Mister Mittens is a wonderful, loving, gentle soul and an outstanding Mom. I'm taking flack from the neighbors for harboring a young feline prostitute but I can hold my head up high by knowing that I am doing a good thing for one of God's creatures.

DG, she's a wonderful gentle creature.

1/8 Pole snagged her last fall to come into the house for a meal - can of Bumblebee tuna. I don't know how she survived the winter but she did.

I had a contractor over to do some work earlier this spring and she came over to me when I beckoned. She was so gentle.

Before I got into "cat mode" with a litter box she went out several times a day to "hit the bathroom" and never did a thing in the house.

Once in a while now she jumps into bed with me at night, lays out while making contact with her back against my body and goes to sleep.

What animal lover is going to get angry with that?

Young human girls don't jump into my bed at night anymore so I'm OK with the cat.
