I'm thinking about sending off the old flannel shirt to the F.B.I. Lab to find out what the attraction is for the kittens to go crash by it.
The kitten Mischief is the second-biggest of the lot and he's a terror but when I go near him when he's laid out he happily accepts a kind hand and purrs gently while I pet him or rub his belly. When he's laid out like this and looks up I can just gently push his head down and he closes his eyes while I pet him gently.
When I asked the bride about the attraction from the kittens to the old shirt she explained - "Well, you don't bathe a lot and the cats enjoy a bad wild smell and stink."
Jeez, my home is just jam-packed with love.
