Trouble, Shiloh, and Mister Mittens were fixated on something this morning and I didn't know what it could be.

It was the pair of seagulls across the street messing with my neighbor's garbage.

Trouble can be a food hog, arrow, and go nuts with his toys but he's a gentle wonderful cat.

He's a big guy but when he's laid out for a nap you can pet him and he'll just mew with happiness without opening his eyes. When he's running around nuts with his toys and you shoot him a "psssssst..." he'll run up to you and go all "archy back" with eyes closed and tail up as you pet him.

When he's in bed with his small newly-spayed sister for a nap he grooms her well and makes sure he has some paws and sometimes his head in contact with her as they fall asleep.

Mister Mittens is a different item. She is spayed and young and is now a housecat but she's not as "loving" as her son or daughter. She tolerates humans and is gentle with them but she still remembers the streets and sometimes needs some space and doesn't take kindly to a lot of petting. When she's lying down she will lick your hand with a gentle stroke along her side but sometimes she will raise a paw with claws out. She won't get you with the claws but you know enough to let her be.

Notice Mr. Mittens posture. She not that much shorter than the 2 kids but she's going into stealth mode - 1 step before the crouch and lethal spring. If you watch and listen closely you should be able to see the quivering chin and hear her mumbling under her breath ... you're dead sucka

Mittens is bigger than Shiloh by alot. She is always ready to spring away or attack. She is sweet natured for a wild cat but has the streets in her. Is very cautious about everything. Other 2 are sweet house cats.
