The bride has a monster pink tulip growing out front. I'm surprised the squirrels haven't eaten it yet.



Out back the cucumber patch has been set down.

And along the fence we have zucchini, Beefsteak tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, more cukes, and bell peppers. We plant marigolds in with the veggies since they exude an odor that repels most insects. I never farm with chemicals.

Hopefully with the early planting we'll have tomatoes by July 4th. Last year I didn't plant until mid May.

I put most of my tomatoes in the ground this weekend but didn't take any photos. I'll try to get some posted later this week. I started everything by seed inside the house in mid March this year. The peppers are a little slower to grow and will probably go in next week or the following.
