I was just watching some late races and thinking about going to bed when I heard a cat noise and then somebody leaped upon my desk. It was Trouble.

I scooted him away but then he jumped upon the stair railing and sat down. I don't know how he leaps up there without worrying about falling all the way down to the first floor but he does.

Image

The railing is less than two inches wide but he leaps upon it from a distance and hasn't missed yet. His mother and sister have never tried to get up on the railing.

He's eyeing the light switch. Wife has possibly been training him to give you an early lights out in order to limit your night time debauchery.
