After a bad derby I need money for the Preakness. I went on E-Bay and sold Chaos for $40. Bye bye kitty.

I am partial to little Sweet Babycakes and her big lug brother Trouble and yet the momcat Mister Mittens can grab your heart too when she's not trying to get out and run wild again. Mom is quiet and wise and sometimes unpredictable. She doesn't like a lot of petting like her kids do.

Chaos was a great spunky kitten here - full of life and thrilled to be alive.

I am so happy he found a loving home with a good friend.

I'll never know but Chaos packs a lot of "white" like his sister Shiloh.

Trouble and his brother Mischief were darker and striped.

There could be two fathers involved but the momcat Mister Mittens ain't talking.

This is a photo from last summer. It's the three male cats in my house. Mister Mittens has dragged off the runt girl Shiloh (Sweet Babycakes) to catch some private nursing.

That's Trouble sprawled out, his brother Mischief underneath, and his brother Chaos right behind.

Poor little Shiloh could never beat her larger brothers for a good nipple and great milk but her mother caught notice and took care of her daughter on the sly. Mister Mittens would drag her runt daughter away by the scruff after the males were fed and napping. She would pull her tiny daughter into her belly with her font paws while urging her to nurse. She would lick her small daughter from head to toe and go happy when Shiloh caught some milk. You could go cry just to see the mother's love for her tiny kitten.
