I know the fellow Nick that owns the beer docks more than 40 years and went to school with his cousin Dennis more than 50 years ago.

My marker is always picked up and I know all the drunks and skells that hang out there. Many of these bums are fellow veterans. My credit is good. Unlike most places, New York does not allow beer to be sold in liquor stores so there are huge beverage centers that sell beer and soft drinks. This morning my son waltzed off to stock the larder with beer for me (he's doing the wagon thing).

This photograph was NOT taken this afternoon but when you're cooking in your drawers at the top of the house with gasping AC you can sometimes miss the snow.



And then you think about shoveling two feet of snow as an old fart and begin to feel good about the heat.
