A couple of days ago I bought an enormous piece of rib steak for a Christmas dinner to lay outside. Just a few minutes per side over medium heat in butter made a beautiful medium-rare steak. Dicing it up went quickly with a fillet knife and then it went outside. Cats pull chunks of steak out of the feed bowl to do some proper chewing - cats are dainty eaters.
