The 2 My Jen is 2 for 2 on Rubbers. Been working great over this surface and the 12-1 ML gives me a real hot feeling.
7 Amen Hallelujah for the medicine man Dutrow looks tough if she runs.
8 Evening Jewel is 3 for 5 on the Distance and 7 for 8 w/p on Synthetic. Must respect.

Yesterday, I read that AMEN HALLELUJAH was to be withdrawn as Dutrow was denied a license to race in Kentucky and yet the Keeneland website has NO CHANGES posted for this race. I suspect a late trainer change or an appeal by Dutrow to let the horse start but I don't know yet.

Dutrow's in court as they go to the post in race 1 according to TVG.
We still don't know what the field will be.

Injunction has been allowed. Dutrow is allowed.

Aaaah! It's good to know that racing entries depend on chemicals and attorneys and courtrooms these days. In my day they would just draw numbers out of a hat to determine post positions and who was going to run.
